*Can I get a refund on my membership purchase?

We have the following refund policies for paid memberships:

Yearly Membership* 
You are entitled to a full refund, if the request is made within 30 days of your membership payment, including renewal payments.

Monthly Membership* 
Refunds not available for monthly memberships.

If you simply want to prevent any future charge you can disable auto-renewal in your account settings at sketchbook.com/settings. Disabling auto-renewal only prevents further charges and allows you to continue using the full featured SketchBook until the end of your current plan.

*Please note if you purchased your membership through the Mac App Store, you are required to request a refund from Apple. Autodesk cannot issue refunds for App Store managed subscriptions. Click here for more information on iTunes Store: purchasing and managing auto-renewal subscriptions.
