We have the following refund policies for paid memberships:
You are entitled to a full refund, if the request is made within 30 days of your membership payment, including renewal payments.
Refunds not available for monthly memberships.
If you simply want to prevent any future charge you can disable auto-renewal in your account settings at sketchbook.com/settings. Disabling auto-renewal only prevents further charges and allows you to continue using the full featured SketchBook until the end of your current plan.
